Terms of Use

1. Application

These Terms apply to all relationships between us and the user concerning the use of the App.

2. License

We grant the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

3. About your music library

• The App is a tool for practicing along with tracks in your own music library; it does not provide the music itself. Playback requires your permission to access your music library. Library tracks such as songs imported from CDs or purchased can be played without an Apple Music subscription. Playing Apple Music streaming content requires an active Apple Music subscription.
• Your music library and Apple Music content, and their use, are subject to Apple's terms. The App does not analyze, extract, or store the audio of the tracks.
• The accuracy of the playback position and behavior during speed changes depend on Apple's playback features and your environment, and slight discrepancies may occur.

4. In-App Purchase (Ritorno Plus)

• Some features of the App are offered as a one-time in-app purchase, "Ritorno Plus". It is not a subscription.
• The free trial is provided by us independently and involves no automatic billing. After the trial ends, you can continue to use the free-tier features.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Purchases can be restored via the App Store using the same Apple ID.
• Refunds are subject to Apple's policies and procedures.

5. Recording Feature

The App's recording feature is provided for the purpose of listening back to your own playing. Recordings are stored only on your device. You shall comply with applicable laws and third-party rights when recording.

6. Prohibited Conduct

When using the App, the user must not engage in any of the following.

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts that infringe the rights or interests of us or any third party (including copyrights)
• Acts that interfere with the operation of the App, or unauthorized access and similar acts
• Reverse engineering, modifying, or redistributing the App

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an as-is basis. We do not warrant that the App is fit for the user's particular purpose or that it will operate without interruption. The quality of recordings may be affected by your environment (microphone characteristics, ambient noise, whether headphones are used, etc.).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages incurred by the user in connection with the use of the App.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms as necessary. For material changes, we will provide notice within the App or on this website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. However, this clause does not override any mandatory consumer rights granted to the user under the laws of their country of residence.
