Terms of Use

1. Application

These Terms apply to all relationships between us and the user regarding the use of the App.

2. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

3. In-app purchase (PureTone Plus)

• Some features of the App are offered as a one-time in-app purchase, "PureTone Plus". It is not a subscription.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. You can restore your purchase through the App Store using the same Apple ID.
• Refunds follow Apple's policies and procedures.

4. Prohibited conduct

In using the App, the user must not engage in any of the following.

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts that infringe the rights or interests of us or third parties
• Acts that interfere with the operation of the App, or unauthorized access and similar acts
• Reverse engineering, modifying, or redistributing the App

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the App fits any particular purpose of the user or that it operates without interruption. Measurement results such as pitch and tempo may be affected by the usage environment (microphone characteristics, ambient noise, etc.).

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages incurred by the user in connection with the use of the App.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms as necessary. If we make material changes, we will announce them in the App or on this website.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. However, this clause does not impair any mandatory consumer rights granted to the user under the laws of their country of residence.
